When should I arrive in Phuket?
On Saturday 6 July.
Can I stay before and/or after the Camp?
Yes, absolutely. Please email me and I will connect you with the resort managers.
What swimming ability do I need to take part?
Please note this is not a learn to swim clinic.
Swimmers must be able to comfortably swim a minimum of 1 – 2 km Freestyle without stopping in the sea.
There will be a wide range of speeds and swimming abilities from intermediate to experienced swimmers and we will ensure that we match the correct level of challenge with your level.
What do I need to bring?
For your training sessions, you will need a pull buoy, flippers, open water tow buoy, and hand paddles (starting with small sizes is preferable if you are new to them). You can buy your swimming gear from Outpace shop at the lowest price!
It is always good to have the choice of having both tinted and clear lenses goggles for various weather conditions, especially as the training pools are outside.
Ear plugs for sensitive ears.
Finally, plenty of sun screen !
